Appointments and Consultations

Appointment requests are subject to confirmation. Consultation fees, deposits, lead times, and project scope are communicated individually before production begins.

Bespoke Orders

Custom garments are made to client measurements and approved specifications. Because bespoke production is individualized, changes after approval may affect price, delivery timing, or feasibility.

Delivery

Estimated completion and delivery windows are non-guaranteed unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delays caused by material sourcing, client availability, or force majeure do not create automatic refund rights.

Returns and Refunds

Ready-to-wear or accessory items may be subject to specific return terms communicated at sale. Bespoke, made-to-measure, altered, and personalized items are generally final sale except where required by law.
